The law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978

Submitted to the French right, we apply arrangements of the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 "relative to the data processing to files and liberties ", so-called " Informatique et Libertés". By the terms of the article 31 of the law, to put or to preserve in digital memory some nominative data that directly or indirectly display the racial origins or the political, philosophical or religious opinions or the union or mœurses relationships is forbidden, but agreement of the owner. According to the law, article 29, any person in charge of a personal data center process have to take usefull precautionary measures in order to preserve the security of collected informations.

CEE Directive 95/46/CE of October 24, 1995

The European standards (Community legislation) are directly applicable in right interns French. We are thus subjected to the provisions of Directive 95/46/CE of the European Parliament and the Council of October 24, 1995 " relating to the protection of the physical people with regard to the data processing in personal matter and to freedom of movement of these data ". Computer Tracking of identifiable Information
